Happy Monday! Today was a little more rest than activity. A week into this challenge and my body is definitely feeling the burn! With the intermittent fasting and working out in fasted state, my body is taking a beating. But the results are looking great. Today's workout was...u guessed it...more squatting
Following the squat session, I took a mile walk to return and row
Following the row, I immediately changed, and the missus and I went meandering around the neighborhood with dslr cameras in hand. I took some amazing photos of the Canadian geese in my neighborhood.
Water intake is complete, photos taken, diet has been on point. This week seems to be a bit more of a challenge as I settle into the monotonous work of completing each task for.the next 10 weeks. I GOT THIS!!
