Today was more a rest day than anything. I got my squat session in, but my back was pretty wonky and tight. Therefore, I made a trip to the chiropractor for an adjustment and massage. It feels much better, but a run just didn't seem like a good idea. Instead, I did a stretch/mobility workout and will try to run tomorrow morning.
The aeration really through a wrench in my workout plans. But fortunately, I can find other things to do that are workout worthy. Onto day 13!
