75 Hard - Day 15


Good ol day 15...it hurt bad lol. The weather here in Atlanta is starting to get warm. As a result,  I will need to start running earlier in the mornings when it's cooler. The only problem with this logic is that I'm fasting during this period and without much food or nourishment. 

This morning, I decided to do an 'easy'run/walk 4 miler. Even on easy runs, I'm generally running about a 10:30 per mile pace. But considering my last meal was a salad and rotisserie chicken, I didn't have much energy. I started off pretty fast, but it progressively got slower and slower. I finished 4.09 miles in 45:26 which is about a 11:06 per mile pace. I was wiped and disgusted with myself. 

But I did get it done, which I was proud of. But it hurt lol. I got home and spent a long 35 mins of stretching and mobility work. My back feels great but my knee is still unstable and wonky. 

Water consumption started late, but it's been pretty easy to get it all in. It was a weird day in that my wifi at home was being a booger, so work was off and on. All in all, I feel good about my decision to do 75 Hard. But I have 60 more days. 

Lastly, my weight after 15 days was 164.6

Onward and upward!!
