After 17 days, this is starting to become a bit easier. I woke up early (for me) and was putting in work by 730a! The strength work today was power cleans, push jerks followed with back extension holds, strict pullups for volume and glute bridges. I was showered and at my desk well before 9a and getting shit done. Around noon, I had to finish moving my daughter out of her dorm and then had an eye appt later. The day ended with sushi for the family followed with a 30 min walk to finish up.workout #2.
Water has been super easy to consume and has not been an issue so far in the challenge. Tomorrow is active recovery day, but will get in an 2.5 mile easy run and lots of mobility/stretching to round out the day. I feel great and don't forsee any issues at least until next weekend when I take my first trip out of town while doing this challenge. I wish myself luck lol
