Day 30 is a wrap! I got wonderfully good sleep last night and was up by 6a ready to get in a workout. I got dressed and drove to the office to do the first workout in the crossfot box at work. The workout consisted of 6 sets of back squats, 4 sets of front squats and a 5k meter row. All of that got done in about an hour 💪🏾
The second workout was a 2.25 mi easy run with lots of.stretdhing afterwards. The water consumption goals were met by 730p which is my norm for the most part.
Tomorrow, I will be getting up early to do Murph. Can't wait!
