75 Hard - Day 19


Another day in the books. My knee has been acting up a lot and as a result, both workouts today were low impact to help it heal. I need it to be right tomorrow so that I can run this 5k really fast! That's my goal...to break in under 30 mins, again. Here's to wishing me great sleep and a healthy knee in the morning.
