Day 25 I'm a third of the way there! Today was a good day! A little active recovery in the form of an easy 2.5 mile run followed with 30 mins of mobility and yoga. The run felt great other than me banging my right knee against some bumper plates in my garage. It's the same spot that's been wonky for a few weeks. I'm icing it and hoping I'll be good as new in a few days.
Water consumption was great, no issues there. I'm just happy to be healthy (for thr most part) and should be able to continue the challenge.
