Day 21 has come and is nearly gone. Today was a full on reset with recovery being the goal. My recovery workouts were simple. Both of them were walks, one at a neighborhood lake beach. The other, in my neighborhood strolling while I shot photos of the neighborhood goslings that are days old. All in all, each walk wad approximately 35ish minutes and at a slow 'smell the roses' pace. Water consumption goals were met and the recovery reset I believe, was met. Tomorrow will be a tough workout day and I look forward to it.
