Greetings from Hampton, VA! Today was a travel day as we were up at 445a to head to the airport for a 8am flight to Norfolk, VA for my nieces graduation from Hampton Univ. Which also meant finding time to get in two workouts. Well the first workout wasn't so bad. I walked from the security gates to gate F which is about 2+ miles. I was practically at step count by 730!
We arrived in Norfolk by 940a and Candace's parents picked us up from the airport. We immediately grabbed a bite to eat since I'd still been fasting since 7p the night before. I was able to get my hands on a wonderful crabcake sandwich by 11a to break my fast.
The second workout of the day was a long 2.2ish mile walk to the beach and back to our airbnb. I have approximately 14k steps for the day and granted, I didn't burn a ton of calories, I'm happy to have made it through all the 75 Hard tasks. Tomorrow will be a new challenge as the graduation events start at 10a tomorrow. I'll likely have to double up my workout in the late afternoon to get it all in. Wish me luck 🫡
