75 Hard - Day 26


More than a third of the way through the challenge. Just when it feels easy, it gets hard lol. Getting in that second workout of the day can be tricky when u have a busy workday or tons of errands to run. Today's workout was bench press with barbell and DBs as well as lots of pushups with airsquats. The second workout was a 30 min walk as I started to run out of time. Sometimes u just have to do something instead of letting it pass u by. 

Water intake was on point. Here's a photo below taken while eating dinner at the lake
