75 Hard - Day 31


Day 31 was Murph day! I decided to do it Cindy-style which is 20 rounds of 6 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats sandwiched with 1 mile runs before and afterwards. I completed the runs on a treadmill and finished with a time of 47:03, which is by far my fastest murph time ever! I'm super stoked to see the results of all the hard work I've put into myself the past year. 

Water intake was slightly higher than usual given the work I did. But today was a great day! The second workout was mobility and stretching. Onward and upward 😍

75 Hard - Day 30


Day 30 is a wrap! I got wonderfully good sleep last night and was up by 6a ready to get in a workout. I got dressed and drove to the office to do the first workout in the crossfot box at work. The workout consisted of 6 sets of back squats, 4 sets of front squats and a 5k meter row. All of that got done in about an hour 💪🏾

The second workout was a 2.25 mi easy run with lots of.stretdhing afterwards. The water consumption goals were met by 730p which is my norm for the most part. 

Tomorrow, I will be getting up early to do Murph. Can't wait!
