75 Moderate - Day 6

Day 6 has been a blast! Happy 420 everyone! Given all the events of the day, I was up and working out by 9am. Today's work consisted of the following:
The dradlifts were moderately heavy and not a problem. I'll likely feel a bit sore in the morning though. The metcon was a fun 28 min emom of
It was a great grind and really fun! To finish, I walked 20ish mins to make sure I got in enough work for both workouts.

The rest of the day was spent in Blue Ridge, GA hanging out with friends enjoying the 420 holiday. I did not imbibe in either alcohol or weed given my participation in 75 Hard challenge.

Tomorrow is technically a rest day, but there's no resting in 75 Hard. Instead, I'll run 5-6 miles followed with a long session of mobility work to finish off the day. It's been a solid 6 days so far and I hope it continues for.the remainder of the challenge.

75 Moderate - Day 5

Day 5 was a bit of a breeze! I had a Squat session with 12 total.rounds of exercises involving squats
Following the squat session, I walked for 15 mins and completed a row session
Following the row session, I walked another 15 mins
Water consumption, diet and photos were completed in a reasonable hour. Tomorrow will be tough in that I have yo get up early to do both workouts before heading to a 420 party 😂 Priorities yo!

75 Moderate - Day 4

Today is technically a rest day, but given the nature of the challenge, rest days become active recovery days. Due to the first 3 days of two workouts each day, getting up and moving this morning was a challenge. But I did complete a 4 mile run/walk intervals in a out 43 mins (roughly a 10:55min/mile pace). Following the run, I rested (a lot) and completed 30 mins of mobility/yoga.

The water consumption went a bit easier today. I'll spend the rest of the day using my massage gun on the sore spots.

Tomorrow will be a tough workout as it is my squat day. But it'll get done as it typically does. Let's gooooo!!
