One thing I want to talk about is the alcohol abstinence. I thought this would be the hardest of all the things but it turned out to be that I did t miss it one bit. So much so, I'm considering giving it up altogether. Or maybe further reduce it to like 1 drink a week. After 75 Hard, I went to a winery to enjoy a glass of wine. It nearly made me sick and was an unpleasant experience.
All in all, I'd do it again, with some variations.
For the next few weeks, I plan to be kind to myself and relax my nutrition and fitness journey's to allow my body to recover. I'm still running, but my focus will be on getting back to lifting heavy and my crossfit styled workouts. Additionally, I plan to journal here more often to help process feelings, emotions, etc.
