Day 52 in the books! Challenging in the sense that the third straight day of weightlifting is challenging in and of itself. Secondly, Snatches and Overhead Squats are just tough for me! But it got done at the prescribed weights. The sec9nd workout was a quick spin on the bike with a walk around the neighborhood. Tomorrow is an active recovery day with a 60 min run/walk intervals and plenty of stretching and mobility work.
Water went down quite easily and during my 8.5 hrs of food consumption, I got it in! Toodles!
